The IT Officer will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system performance, and supporting users with onboarding and offboarding activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issuesMonitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of IT infrastructureTroubleshoot and resolve operational and technical problems in a timely mannerInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, drivers, and peripheralsPerform regular system checks, updates, and basic maintenance activitiesSupport user onboarding and offboarding, including system access, email setup, and device configurationMaintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and support activitiesCoordinate with vendors or service providers when required for IT-related servicesEnsure compliance with company IT policies and security standardsRequirements & SkillsBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field4–5 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administrationStrong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applicationsBasic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshootingGood problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in English (spoken and written)Contract: 2 Months and Extendable
