Tahaluf is making a huge impact on the global events sector.What you will doYou will invite, convince, and onboard an impressive cohort of investors for a program that will include an investor lounge, a dedicated investor dinner, bespoke meetings and opportunities to connect with fellow members of the investment ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for identifying an impressive range of investors and investment firms.You will keep in contact with these investors throughout the year, cultivating a relationship, answering all queries, and meeting with them to convince them to become a part of the Investor Program. All prospective and confirmed investors will be kept on a database that will be updated daily, for tracking and data purposes.Closer to the event, this would involve working with cross functional teams toensure: Tier 1 investors (from the top global firms) are well looked after, featured on the website and all investors confirmed to attend are kept well informed about key event details, such as badge collection, app downloads, venue location, and more.During the event, you’ll work around the clock, on the ground, meet investors and support delivering experiences.Key deliverablesYou will contribute with new ideas and topics for the conferences, features, webinars, and content based on those investors you have onboarded.You will be innovative in identifying cutting-edge investors and ensuring they align to the core values of our eventsYou will be diligent in ensuring onboarded investors are high quality, and the firms they represent are high value.QualificationsWhat you will bring:Experience in conference production and/or event managementExperience in dealing with investors and VCs is greatly preferred, especially if relationships have already been established and cultivatedExperience in data managementBrand and market awarenessCopywriting/marketing skillsBrand and market awarenessWho you areYou are excited about bringing some of the biggest names in investment to SaudiYou are a team player, and you will look to help other members of the team where possibleYou are enthusiastic, driven and always striving to deliver to the highest possible standardYou enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you love being part of a happy, motivated and enthusiastic teamYou already have experience in dealing with the investment community and enjoy connecting people with opportunities.If you are the type of person who likes to work in a fast-paced environment where there is an opportunity to grow and you can have a laugh along the way, then this would be a great opportunity for you.Additional InformationPlease note that this is a contract role.
