The team regularly advises on fund formation across the ADGM, DIFC, and other international jurisdictions.The work spans a broad range of fund types, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and Shari’ah-compliant structures. You’ll also have the opportunity to advise on some of the region’s most innovative matters, including tokenised and tech-driven fund structures. The role offers full lifecycle exposure - from initial structuring and formation through to operations, exits, and wind-downs.The firm is particularly interested in speaking with common law-qualified lawyers with 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a top-tier funds or corporate practice.
