Job Description

DescriptionIf you are an experienced supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast paced growing environment- you might be a good fit to join S&O team. The S&O team acts as bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless business planning and execution during peak and off peak periods while maximizing customer/seller experience. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning and Inventory management.ResponsibilitiesSet up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize customer/seller experienceSupport the business growth in constrained environments with Frugal and innovative solutionsMake the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automationRollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain lossesUtilize exceptional problem‑solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiencesProgram manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadershipBasic Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non‑techteams experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
