Inventory Executive

We are looking for a detailoriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage material stock support warehouse coordination and ensure accurate documentation of inventory for our building materials division.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate stock records for all incoming and outgoing building materialsUpdate and manage daily stock register manually and/or through software (Excel or ERP)Coordinate with the purchase and sales teams for dispatch and delivery trackingConduct physical verification of inventory and report discrepanciesLabel and store materials properly ensuring easy identification and accessHandle inventory reports and assist in monthly/quarterly auditsFollow up with suppliers or vendors for delivery timelinesAssist the accounts team in material reconciliation as neededRequirementsBachelors degree or diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Commerce or related field0 2 years of experience in inventory warehouse or store keeping rolesBasic understanding of building materials and constructionrelated items is a plusProficient in MS Excel; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantageStrong organizational and problemsolving skillsAbility to work independently and handle physical stock checksAttention to detail and accuracy is essential Key Skills Airside Operations,FIDIC,Jms,Learning Development,Asp.Net MVC Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
