Internship Fellow Consultant (m/f/d) – Abu Dhabi, UAEEntry LevelStudentsEarliest entry dateby arrangementDepartment: ConsultingWhat you can expectRole Mission / Purpose of the PositionThe Internship Fellow Consultant supports consulting teams in delivering strategy and transformation projects for public and private sector clients in the UAE. The role provides hands‑on exposure to project work, structured problem solving, and client interaction.The intern will operate alongside senior consultants and leadership, contributing meaningfully to complex, high‑impact deliverables in a fast‑paced and stakeholder‑sensitive environment. The role requires strong analytical maturity, structured thinking, and professional discretion, while providing hands‑on exposure to project work and client interaction in a professional consulting setting.Tasks & Responsibilities- Project SupportConduct qualitative and quantitative research, benchmarking, and structured data analysisDevelop PowerPoint presentations and structured client materialsAssist in building and refining Excel‑based financial models and business casesContribute to structured problem‑solving sessions and workstream discussionsSupport preparation of workshops and client meetings- Analytical & Content ContributionSynthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear insights and implicationsStructure ambiguous information into actionable outputsAssist in drafting reports, and project documentsPrepare meeting minutes and maintain disciplined project documentationWhat you offerQualification RequirementsTechnical RequirementsGraduate of Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields)Strong academic track recordPrior consulting experience at a recognized strategy or management consultingORRelevant experience in the defense or government sectorAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelStrong analytical capability with a structured, hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving mindsetVery good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Currently based in the UAE with availability for full onsite presencePreferred Professional Attributes:High level of discretion and professional maturityAbility to operate under pressure and tight timelinesStrong ownership and reliability in client‑facing environmentsClear, concise communication skillsExposure to defense, sovereign‑linked, or highly regulated environmentsDemonstrated interest in public sector transformation or national development initiativesEmirati candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, in alignment with our commitment to local capability development.Senior Manager Administration & Regional HR#J-18808-Ljbffr
