International Business Development Executive/ManagerAbout the jobJob Purpose / Role OverviewTo source the brokers using market intelligence and in-depth research to expand s agent network in assigned territoryScreens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting productsEnsures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support (Training, On boarding, coaching, etc) to achieve sales targetDesign and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources..Leverage Customer & Agent programs to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territoryEducate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize Agent portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent businessDevelops and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines Reports daily activities during scouting & Sales trips in the assigned territoriesKey Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesSets and maintains high performance standardsPays close attention to detail, accuracy and completenessShows concern for all aspects of the job and follows up on work outputsPlanning and OrganizingResponsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by HOD in a timely mannerEnsure continuous stable operational support by conducting all tasks in an accurate and informed mannerCo-ordinate with all managers to continually utilize the availability of Co- WorkersProvide daily reporting and achievement progress to HODDecision makingUses sound judgment to make good decisions based on information gathered and analyzedConsiders all pertinent facts and alternatives before deciding on the most appropriate actionCommits to decisionCommunicationExpress ideas effectivelyOrganizes and delivers information appropriately#J-18808-Ljbffr
