As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and functional spaces that exceed our clients' expectations while adhering to local design standards and cultural sensitivities.Develop and present creative interior design concepts that align with client needs and project requirementsCollaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project executionCreate detailed design plans, including space layouts, lighting schemes, and material selectionsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials, furniture, and fixturesEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Saudi ArabiaAdapt designs as needed to address on‑site challenges and maintain project timelinesPresent design progress and updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleImplement sustainable design practices and incorporate energy‑efficient solutions where possibleStay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practicesMentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field3‑5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful projectsProficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SketchUpStrong knowledge of interior design principles, current trends, and industry best practicesExcellent visual and spatial awareness with a keen eye for detailOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectivelyProven project management abilities, including budget control and timeline managementFamiliarity with building codes and regulations in Saudi ArabiaUnderstanding of construction processes and materialsKnowledge of sustainable design practices and energy‑efficient solutionsProfessional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) preferredPortfolio showcasing diverse design projectsAbility to work with diverse clientele and cultural sensitivitiesCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teamsFlexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and on‑site conditionsWillingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia if required#J-18808-Ljbffr
