Interior Designer&3D Visualizer – Event Operations (Exhibitions&Festivals)

<div><h3>Location:</h3><p>UAE (with extended travel to Saudi Arabia)</p><h3>Employment Type:</h3><p>Full-time Mid-Level</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are looking for an<b>Interior Designer&3D Visualizer</b>with a strong<b>exhibition event or experiential design background</b>to support the planning and execution of exhibitions, pop-ups, festivals and experiential retail environments across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.</p><p>This role sits at the intersection of<b>design and operations</b>working closely with project managers, production teams and external contractors to translate concepts into executable layouts, visuals and on-ground installations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Design&Visualization</h3><ul><li>Develop interior layouts, zoning plans and spatial concepts for exhibitions, pop-ups, kiosks and event environments.</li><li>Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for client presentations, approvals and internal planning.</li><li>Create mood boards, material palettes and design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and event themes.</li><li>Prepare 2D drawings including layouts, elevations, sections and basic construction details.</li></ul><h3>Event Operations Support</h3><ul><li>Support the event operations team with design adaptations during execution phases.</li><li>Coordinate with production fit-out and fabrication teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.</li><li>Attend site visits, assist with measurements and adapt layouts based on on-ground conditions.</li><li>Review and adjust designs to meet municipality, civil defense, mall and venue requirements.</li></ul><h3>Technical&Coordination</h3><ul><li>Prepare AutoCAD drawings for authority approvals and contractor use.</li><li>Coordinate with RDD/mall design teams to respond to technical queries.</li><li>Support brand zoning, booth allocation and tenant layouts.</li><li>Ensure all design files are updated, organized and version-controlled.</li></ul><h3>Software&Tools (Mandatory)</h3><ul><li>AutoCAD (layouts, technical drawings)</li><li>3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or similar)</li><li>Rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion or equivalent)</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)</li><li>Canva (basic presentations and visual boards)</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Required Background</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design or related field.</li><li>36 years of experience in:</li><ul><li>Exhibition design</li><li>Event/festival environments</li><li>Retail pop-ups or experiential installations</li></ul><li>Strong understanding of materials, finishes, temporary structures and modular systems.</li><li>Experience working on fast-paced, deadline-driven projects.</li></ul><h3>Travel Requirement</h3><ul><li>Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia for site visits, installations and event execution phases.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Exposure to large-scale festivals, exhibitions and destination projects in the GCC.</li><li>Creative ownership with real on-ground execution.</li><li>Fast-growing company with regional expansion.</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and international partners.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><p>AutoCAD (layouts technical drawings) 3D software (SketchUp 3ds Max Blender or similar) Rendering tools (V-Ray Lumion Enscape Twinmotion or equivalent) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) Canva (basic presentations and visual boards)</p><h3>Required Education:</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design or related field 36 years of experience in: Exhibition design Event / festival environments Retail pop-ups or experiential installations Strong understanding of materials, finishes, temporary structures and modular systems Experience working on fast-paced deadline-driven projects</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
