Interior Design Manager

The ideal candidate will lead residential high-rise interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring spaces are functional, safe, and visually compelling.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end interior design for residential high-rise apartment projects</li><li>Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets</li><li>Translate design concepts into layouts, mood boards, and material selections</li><li>Manage costs, sourcing, and coordination with external design agencies</li><li>Supervise teams including designers, engineers, and CAD draftsmen</li><li>Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and consultants</li><li>Ensure designs align with company standards and industry best practices</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum<b>15 years’ experience</b>in interior design (minimum<b>5 years</b>in complete residential high-rise projects)</li><li>Proven experience independently handling<b>residential apartment design&ID finalization</b></li><li>Strong expertise in layouts, lighting, materials, finishes, and custom furniture</li><li>Proficient in<b>AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Illustrator</b>or similar tools</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
