We are a premium quality, safety, and sustainability solutions provider.</p><h3>Your Tasks</h3><ul><li>Coordinate inspection activities to ensure the services follow the company standard and project/contractual requirements</li><li>Plan and execute mobilization of inspection engineers locally and worldwide</li><li>Communicate with local/overseas counterparts and suppliers for outsourcing of required inspectors</li><li>Review the resumes of proposed inspectors to determine their suitability for the inspection assignment</li><li>Support invoicing process with required docs. including time sheets, supporting documents and required approvals</li></ul><h3>Your Qualifications And Skills</h3><ul><li>BSc Degree in Engineering or Equivalent</li><li>4-10 years working experience in relevant field</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operations.</li><li>Excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and coordination.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic business environment.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation package.</li><li>Paid vacation and leave benefits.</li><li>A safe and inclusive workplace that values teamwork, innovation, and professional excellence.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
