Information Technology Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Arab‑Native IT Officer to provide technical support and digital assistance to our staff, with a focus on macOS, iPhone devices, Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and WordPress management. The ideal candidate will also have a good eye for graphic design, experience in drafting professional Arabic letters and reports, and the ability to review contracts with precision and clarity.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day‑to‑day technical support to employees using macOS and iPhone devices, including setup, troubleshooting, and updates.Support users in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.Ensure system and data security, regular backups, and compliance with IT policies.Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure timely maintenance.Create and maintain WordPress website, including content management, plugin updates, and troubleshooting.Create visually appealing digital content using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.Draft formal Arabic letters, internal memos, and official reports, ensuring proper structure, grammar, and tone.Assist in reviewing legal or commercial contracts for clarity, formatting, and basic compliance (in collaboration with legal or management).RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.Good working knowledge of WordPress (content updates, plugin/theme management).Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite or Canva).Excellent Arabic, English writing skills for formal correspondence and reporting.Basic understanding of contract language and formatting.English–Arabic translation abilities.Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.Experience with basic network troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi, printers, shared drives).Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus)Familiarity with Apple MDM solutions (like Jamf or Intune for Apple).Basic SEO and web analytics tools for WordPress.#J-18808-Ljbffr
