If youre looking for a regional role with a parallel global reach that blends infrastructure oversight vendor management and enterprise coordinationthis is your opportunity to make a visible impact.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:Manage daytoday IT operations at Beyond ONEs Dubai headquarters including enduser support infrastructure systems management and service delivery.Coordinate and align IT service management practices across GCC and LATAM OpCos promoting shared standards best practices and performance metrics.Work closely with the CISO to ensure IT operations are aligned with security compliance and data protection requirements.Lead engagements with IT vendors and service providers including contract management SLA enforcement and performance tracking.Support enterprise projects involving IT infrastructure upgrades cloud migrations business systems rollout and unified communications.Oversee onboarding and offboarding user processes helpdesk support quality and the tracking of IT assets and licenses.Document and enforce technology usage policies working closely with HR Legal and Information Security teams.Provide input into IT budgeting procurement and strategic planning processes.Maintain strong relationships with OpCo IT teams facilitating knowledgesharing and ensuring alignment with groupwide imperatives.Qualifications & AttributesWere seeking someone who embodies the following:EducationBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related fieldITIL ITSM or PMP certification strongly preferredRelevant technical certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator Cisco CCNA/CCNP CompTIA Network) are a plusExperienceMinimum of 710 years experience in IT service management infrastructure support systems administration or similar rolesAt least 3 years in a Managerial or coordination role ideally across multiple geographic regionsProven experience managing internal stakeholders and thirdparty IT vendors or MSPsFamiliarity with managing IT within hybrid work and multivendor environmentsTechnical SkillsMusthaves:Strong knowledge of IT service management principles (e.g. ITIL frameworks)Handson experience with:Microsoft 365 EntraID / Active Directory Teams etc.Endpoint/device management toolse.g. Intune SCCM)Network infrastructure and security (LAN/WAN firewalls VPNs) (preferred)Nicetohaves:Basic understanding of cybersecurity tools and controls (patching antivirus backups access control)Experience working with Jira collaboration and ticketing platforms (Service Desk)Unique AttributesServiceDriven Leadership: Passionate about service quality and rapid issue resolution with the ability to lead by example.Collabor
