A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different,but you'll mostly be: Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment Monitor and maintain network performance and security systems Troubleshoot system errors and implement timely solutions Support hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and office applications Ensure data backup, antivirus, and system updates are properly maintained Maintain IT inventory and documentation Assist in IT projects and system upgrades as required Train staff on basic IT usage and cybersecurity awareness Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed What we need from you Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field 4years' related experience or with computer set-up and troubleshooting Working knowledge of networks and operating systems and databases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge in PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) A team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
