Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Technical Service Executive having experience in MOTOROLA products.LocationRole is based in Qatar.Primary Purpose of the JobMaintain radios sold by the division, particularly covered under SLA's with clients as per milestones set forth in the contracts.Work directly with Technical Coordinator and Project Engineers to ensure site activities until completion and post commissioning maintenance.Summary of Duties & ResponsibilitiesUndertake site surveys, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of systems/solutions including PAGA systems, TETRA radio terminals, PABX's, Rectifiers/UPS's, Industrial Wireless Products, Structured Cabling and Test Equipment.Visit customers to provide technical support.Maintain products covered under SLAs as per the standards and deadlines set forth in contracts.Work toward SLA and division's targets with a focused, proactive and organized approach for complete management and customer's satisfaction.Help in preparing BOQs for bids and proposals by evaluating specifications, site conditions, scope of work, and further assist in project activities.Undertake pre/post sales activities including presentations, customer training, product demonstration and product features/facilities.Ensure that customers are attended with extreme courtesy and a high level of customer service is provided.Perform duties in support of the division's activities.Products HandledTETRA Radio TerminalsPABX / Telephone SystemsPublic Address General Alarm SystemIntercom SystemsRectifiers and UPSStructured CablingEducation and ExperienceB. Tech. or other Technical Degree/Diploma in Telecoms.3 to 5 years experience of installing, commissioning and maintaining radio equipment. UPS, PABX and PAGA experience will be a plus.Computer Literacy: Excellent knowledge of Windows MS application suite. Experience in other applications would be an advantage.Excellent interpersonal, communications & administrative skills.Pro‑active and meticulous organizer.Driving License – essential.Qatar Experience – essential.
