<div><h3>Job Title: IT Manager – Manufacturing&Digital Innovation</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced<b>IT Manager</b>to oversee and manage the organization’s technology infrastructure within a manufacturing environment while driving digital transformation initiatives, including<b>AI adoption, automation, and data-driven decision making</b>.</p><p>The IT Manager will ensure reliable IT operations across production, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and networks while identifying opportunities to leverage<b>AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics</b>to improve operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, supply chain performance, and business intelligence.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>IT Infrastructure&Operations</h3><ul><li>Manage and maintain the company’s<b>IT infrastructure</b>, including servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user systems.</li><li>Ensure<b>high availability of manufacturing systems</b>, including ERP, MES, production software, and plant-floor technologies.</li><li>Oversee<b>IT support operations</b>, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and minimal disruption to manufacturing activities.</li><li>Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology procurement.</li></ul><h3>Manufacturing Systems Management</h3><ul><li>Support and optimize<b>ERP systems, MES platforms, inventory systems, and production technologies</b>.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration between<b>production lines, data systems, and reporting tools</b>.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve<b>data visibility across manufacturing processes</b>.</li></ul><h3>AI&Digital Transformation</h3><ul><li>Identify opportunities to integrate<b>AI tools and automation</b>into manufacturing workflows.</li><li>Implement or support initiatives such as:</li><li><b>Predictive maintenance using machine learning</b></li><li><b>AI-based demand forecasting</b></li><li><b>Computer vision for quality control</b></li><li><b>Automation of reporting and analytics</b></li><li>Work with leadership to develop a<b>digital transformation roadmap</b>.</li></ul><h3>Cybersecurity&Data Protection</h3><ul><li>Develop and enforce<b>cybersecurity policies and best practices</b>across the organization.</li><li>Protect company data, intellectual property, and operational systems from cyber threats.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant<b>data security and IT governance standards</b>.</li></ul><h3>Data&Analytics</h3><ul><li>Develop and manage<b>data infrastructure and reporting tools</b>.</li><li>Enable<b>real-time dashboards for production, supply chain, and management reporting</b>.</li><li>Support the development of<b>data-driven decision making across departments</b>.</li></ul><h3>Team Leadership</h3><ul><li>Lead and mentor the IT team and coordinate with external consultants when necessary.</li><li>Train staff on new technologies, systems, and security practices.</li><li>Align IT initiatives with the company’s<b>strategic and operational goals</b>.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</b>.</li><li><b>5–10 years of IT experience</b>, preferably in<b>manufacturing or industrial environments</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)</li><li>Manufacturing IT systems (MES, SCADA, PLC integrations)</li><li>Network infrastructure and cybersecurity</li><li>Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)</li><li>Experience managing<b>IT infrastructure in production environments</b>.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
