Influencer Relationship Manager, ITP Live (Beirut, Dubai, Riyadh)

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Relationship Manager to join our team across Dubai Beirut and Riyadh locations. This role is pivotal in forging strong relationships with influencers and brands and driving innovative social media campaigns.RequirementsJob Responsibilities Will IncludeDevelop and pitch creative influencer partnership proposals.Play a key role in the Talent Management Team maintaining databases generating reports and crafting compelling presentations.Serve as the primary liaison between clients sales teams and influencers ensuring seamless communication and project execution.Lead brainstorming and strategic planning sessions for campaign ideation.Design influencer marketing campaigns supervising from ideation through to postcampaign analysis.Train and guide team members within the talent division to foster their professional growth and enhance team performance.Expand ITP s influencer network to encompass a broader range of platforms including but not limited to Facebook Snapchat Instagram TikTok YouTube and Twitch.Maintain and enhance relationships with internal teams providing exceptional service and representation for both brands and influencersAnalyze campaign outcomes and communicate insights and recommendations to the management team.
