Aiming to simplify the process for clients working on social and creator-led campaigns, this new studio offers creative services, audience development, creator partnerships, and performance measurement — combining full-service social and creator strategy and execution into a single entity. This role is within the Influencer arm of Mc Cann Content Studios, the team are culturally curious and innovative, delivering Global influencer focused marketing solutions at scale.We are on a mission to create work which drives purpose, passion and results, building communities through Influence.The role + purposeYou are responsible as the lead for concepting, managing and supporting the development of influencer marketing campaigns and proposals on behalf of one of our key tourism clients. In this role you will be responsible for creative execution, activation of campaigns, on ground support, logistics and bookings as well as media and measurement. For this client we will facilitate on average 20 influencers a month, with increases around key events. The nature of the role means some out of hours work will be required to support at events or to respond to influencer comms. Your role is critical in the seamless day-to-day client servicing at Mc Cann Content Studios and involves managing junior team members as well as being supportive to the Global MCS team.You are a self-starter who demonstrates resourcefulness and initiative to own and lead the day-to-day approach and logistics of defining strategies – from theory through to creative ideation, casting, analysing and reporting on robust data and insights and managing the talent/talent team and client relationship through to campaign completion. You understand that our role as the influencer marketing agency for our tourism client is to seamlessly activate campaigns, deploying creators and influencers to inspire.Key duties and responsibilitiesWork with relevant team to execute and enhance a best-in-class influencer marketing service offering, including insight/analytics, innovation, social trend, tools, platforms and campaign measurementUtilise creative thinking to best deliver creator activations for our tourism clientDrive best practices around campaign delivery using influencer marketing tools alongside championing the implementation of new tools and processes as requiredPerform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices and KPIs in a consistently changing landscapeLead negotiations on behalf of the client to procure the appropriate influencers and preferable ROI for campaigns and clientsAct as key liaison during negotiations, contract execution and live campaignsInherent contractual understanding – ability to draft, negotiate and execute robust influencer agreements, ensuring templates are up to date with the ever-evolving nature of the industryUse an existing network of contacts / relationships and industry knowledge to build and fast-track opportunitiesKeep abreast of current projects in development; collaborate with wider team to brainstorm and create opportunities for clientsBest-in-class activation and project management skills. You will regularly be required to meet with or host talent, this can take place outside of regular working hoursMaintain a complete grasp of client’s business, needs and objectives – what they do and what they want to achieve, taking ownership and accountability for work and projectsLead by example, providing adequate support and mentorship to junior members of the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, including managing upwards to the senior team as requiredOversee the formal client review process and take responsibility for the internal “Wash Up” process on completion of each projectEffective account planning, ensuring resources are aligned to meet client demands at all timesTake accountability for accurate project budgets, in conjunction with senior management when requiredWork with finance to oversee and implement timely generation of required invoices and the overseeing of influencer paymentsIn all areas, demonstrate high levels of commerciality and apply a keen understanding of the broader marketing environmentSkills + behavioursClear/concise written and verbal communication in Arabic and EnglishMust be based in QatarPreferably has experience working on a tourism clientA natural client services person, approachable and very personable with a can-do attitudeConfident in ‘owning the room’ and with public speaking with excellent presentation skillsHighly organised and process driven with strong time management and the ability to multi task and manage simultaneous projects, changing priorities when neededThorough approach to solving problems and ability to mediate with a work ethic than embodies “ho
