Industrial Services Operator

<div><p><b>Department:</b>Maintenance<br/><b>Reports To:</b>Maintenance Manager<br/><b>Employment Type:</b>Full-Time</p><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>The Industrial Services Operator is responsible for performing installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various cooling systems, including air conditioning units, desert coolers, and HVAC systems.</p><p>The role ensures all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably to support optimal comfort and operational continuity across facilities.</p><p>The technician also performs routine inspections, identifies system faults, and implements corrective actions to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.</p><ul><li>Install, assemble, and commission air conditioning units (split, window, package), desert coolers, and HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure continuous comfort for building occupants.</li><li>Replace or repair faulty parts, including motors, fans, compressors, thermostats, capacitors, and pumps.</li><li>Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance supervisors, vendors, and contractors for specialized repairs or system upgrades.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards during all work activities.</li></ul><h3>Key Experiences</h3><ul><li>College level and diploma holder in technical field will be preferred</li><li>2– 3 years of proven experience in a similar field preferably in FMCG sector</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
