We strongly encourage UAE Nationals to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in-class support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring accessibility to learning.Assist students with academic tasks and clarify lesson content to enhance understanding.Deliver one-to-one support for students requiring additional attention and guidance.Support students in managing behavioural challenges and promote positive behaviour strategies.Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Prepare teaching and learning materials tailored to individual student needs.Assist in classroom setup and organization to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.Maintain the safety, well-being, and engagement of all students at all times.Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to enhance student learning and wellbeing.Maintain accurate records and contribute to student assessments as required.RequirementsUAE National.Passion for working with children and supporting inclusive education.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and commitment to student development.Experience in special needs or inclusion support is preferred but not essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
