If you are proactive, creative, and passionate about delivering measurable results, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and implement in-store marketing plans and campaigns with precision.Audit promotional materials and measure activation effectiveness.Assist with community, store, and special events to elevate brand visibility.Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for flawless campaign execution.Support digital marketing, social media, and broader communication initiatives.Analyse sales and marketing performance, providing actionable insights to drive results.Ensure adherence to brand standards and smooth execution of all promotions and initiatives.Desired candidate:Any graduate with 2–3 years of experience in a marketing executive or assistant role, preferably within the UAE. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and detail-driven, with a flair for coordination, reporting, and campaign execution. With strong analytical thinking and refined communication skills, they thrive in fast-paced retail environments, working confidently both independently and alongside cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.Proficient in MS Office; design or content creation skills are a plus.Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working independently or collaboratively.Flexible and open to travel within the UAE.#J-18808-Ljbffr
