DescriptionOntime Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Estimator to join our Ontime Interiors team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various interior fitout projects ensuring that all costs are thoroughly evaluated and included.ResponsibilitiesReview project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of workGather and analyze data on labor materials and overhead costsPrepare detailed and accurate estimates for interior fitout projectsConsult with project managers and designers to understand project requirements and timelinesMaintain a database of costs and pricing information for materials and resourcesAssist in the preparation of bids and proposals for prospective clientsMonitor and adjust estimates based on project changes or unforeseen circumstancesProvide support in budget preparation and cost control efforts throughout project implementationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related fieldProven experience as a Cost Estimator in the interior fitout industryStrong knowledge of interior fitout processes and material costsProficiency in estimating software and toolsExcellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to work collaboratively with project teams to achieve goalsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesFamiliarity with UAE construction and interior fitout regulations is an advantageBenefitsSalary Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
