Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ICT Technical Support professional to provide end-user support, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting network infrastructure, and delivering timely technical assistance across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support to usersTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devicesManage user accounts, access rights, and permissionsMonitor system performance and ensure uptimeMaintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT assetsEscalate complex issues to relevant teams when requiredRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldProven experience in IT/ICT support roleStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networkingFamiliarity with troubleshooting tools and ticketing systemsGood understanding of hardware and peripheral devicesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple requests#J-18808-Ljbffr
