Together, we make Every Moment Matter.Job DescriptionResponsible for supervising all air-conditioning systems of the hotel.Carries out emergency repairs and adjustments to all AC equipments and machines.Ensure that trouble reports are swiftly dealt with.Routine and planned preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule.Be familiar with HVAC lay out of the hotel.Consider economy at all times and ensures all safety practices are followed.Recommended minor or major repairs and performs duties necessary for the completion of the job.Carries out statutory and safety checks as instructedFaults on equipment are to be immediately reported to the supervisor.Ensures all relevant log sheets are maintained.Notifies supervisor on job completion.Meets Yes I Can! service standard.QualificationsDiploma or technical certification in HVAC / Mechanical Engineeringor a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experiencein HVAC maintenance, preferably in a5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and package units.Proven supervisory experience , with the ability to lead, train, and schedule HVAC technicians effectively.Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance planningand execution using CMMS or maintenance schedules.Sound knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS systems, and energy management practices.Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues quicklywhile ensuring minimum guest discomfort.Strong understanding of health, safety, and fire life safety standardsapplicable to hotels.Good communication and coordination skillsto work closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams.Additional InformationWhy Join Radisson Hotel Group?Live the Magic of Hospitality -Be part of a team that createsexceptional experiences and memorable momentsevery day.
