The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws. Additionally, they will provide support with recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and performance management.</b></p><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>1-3 years Experience in HR in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices</li><li>Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment</li><li>Experience in employee development and training</li><li>Experience in HR management and personnel management</li><li>Proven competency in HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance with local laws and regulations</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Knowledge in different government platforms</li><li>Knowledge in different government support programs for companies&Employees</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative</li><li>Highly motivated and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through skills</li><li><b>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
