Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are currently seeking an energetic and experienced HR Manager, who can balance being a strategic partner, adviser, employee champion and hands-on implementer of all local day-to-day HR activities.Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization, in collaboration with the global HQ HR team, you will truly be a generalist covering all facets of HR, including: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management and HR Administration.In this role, you will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and aligning the local leadership team in the deployment of the Company People Strategy.Your ImpactEffectively monitor and manage Personnel costs and local organizational designRecruit, select and onboard Technogym talentPartner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high value people plansProvide sound advice and coaching on all HR topicsDevelop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development and succession planningEnsure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all ER related mattersProvide market labor trends and conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure alignment on salaries and market conditionsMaintain the accuracy of HR data and manage HR metrics to drive business resultsAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best in-class HR business partner support to local leadershipAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:8+ years’ HR experience as Senior HR BP and/or generalist HR ManagerPrevious experience as Center of Excellence Expert in talent acquisition, talent management, C&B, Learning and DevelopmentExcellent knowledge of local labor law and regulationsExperience in a matrix organization and multinational environmentsAbility to work autonomously and independently, with minimum supervisionExperience in working with HR ERP systems.
