Job Description

Support and manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations within a structured, compliance-driven environment in KSA.The role requires a strong understanding of KSA Labour Law, experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, along with exposure to government relations (PRO activities) including visa processing, Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem platforms.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring HR compliance while supporting operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and timely resolution of issuesSupport handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations in line with KSA Labour LawAssist in managing termination processes (resignation, termination, end of service) with proper documentationMaintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentationEnsure compliance with KSA Labour Law, company policies, and internal proceduresAssist in internal and external audits when requiredCoordinate and process employee visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, transfers, and cancellationsManage transactions through platforms such as: Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSIEnsure timely completion of all government documentation and approvalsTrack expiry of Iqamas, licenses, and official documents and ensure renewals are completed on timeAssist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of HR experience in KSAStrong knowledge of KSA Labour Law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher)Experience in PRO/government relations activities is essentialExperience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsFluency in Arabic and English is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
