We don't just adapt to the future — we build it.Position OverviewAs the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources operations. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that our human resources policies and practices are in line with current laws and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectivesOversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsManage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsDevelop and maintain HR policies and proceduresConduct regular training and development programs for employees and managersManage employee benefits and compensation programsPrepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for the executive teamLead and mentor a team of HR professionalsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resourcesHandle any other HR-related tasks and projects as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the energy industryStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in developing and implementing HR strategiesStrong leadership and people management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office SuiteWe OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageA positive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for career growth and developmentA chance to make a significant impact on the company's successIf you are a results-driven and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
