Human Resources and Careers InternshipInternship Details:Duration: 3 monthsAllowance: AED 500-1000 per monthWork Type: In-personStart Date: ImmediateLocation: Dubai UAEThe Role:Were looking for an HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment onboarding and people operations. This role requires someone who can communicate confidently with candidates employers and team members - both in person and online. Youll be representing the company professionally while building relationships that connect youth with career opportunities.What You’ll Do:Conduct candidate interviews - screen applicants over calls and in-person assess fit and provide feedbackManage employer partnerships - liaise with recruiters and HR teams from other companies to source job opportunities for our youth communityPresent opportunities at events - showcase available roles and connect candidates with employers during activations and university eventsMatch candidates to opportunities - identify suitable candidates from our community and present them to partner companiesSupport end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting candidate screening interview coordination and follow-upsBuild team culture - bring creative ideas for team-building activities internal engagement and people initiativesAssist with onboarding new team members and internsMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersHelp coordinate hiring across multiple roles and departmentsAssist with HR documentation policies and administrative tasksCollaborate on university partnership outreach and talent acquisition strategiesWhat We’re Looking For:Degree in HR Business Administration Psychology or related field (recent graduates welcome)Strong communication skills - confident speaking to people in person over calls and via emailComfortable conducting interviews - able to assess candidates ask meaningful questions and represent the company professionallyRelationship builder - knows how to work with different personalities teams and external stakeholdersCreative thinker - brings fresh ideas for team engagement candidate experience and HR initiativesStrong organizational skills with attention to detailComfortable using spreadsheets databases and digital toolsProfessional demeanor with good interpersonal skillsProactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPassionate about people talent development and creating opportunities for youthMust hold own visa (student family or residence visa)#J-18808-Ljbffr
