Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) EngineerFull-timeContract Type: PermanentThe ATEXIS Group is a multinational consulting firm specializing in providing engineering support services to clients, including leading companies in the aerospace, defense, marine, rail, energy, and industrial sectors.ResponsibilitiesConduct engineering studies and research of onboarded systems and analyze operational issues faced by the systems and amendments required to improve their operational performance as well as additions required to be installed according to the development procedures of those systems.Provide guidance, technical advice and assistance in the planning, development and maintenance of ship's main and secondary mechanical devices.Perform design checks and assessment services covering multiple systems used by ships.Develop general guidelines for the operation, repair, and maintenance of systems and sub-systems.Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications and estimated costs.Design planning procedures and identify parts of ships' sub-systems.QualificationsService staff holding Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Electrical Engineering.Preferably ≥ 10 years of relevant experience in shipbuilding engineering, with preferably 5 years in ship design.Experience in ship design and manufacturing concepts.Experience in maintenance concepts of electrical and mechanical appliances, basin systems and ship maintenance facilities.What we offerAt ATEXIS, we value everyone in our organization.
