HSE Trainer

<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>The HSE Trainer&Safety Officer is responsible for developing and delivering health safety and environmental training programs while ensuring that workplace safety standards are effectively implemented and maintained.</p><p>This dual role ensures not only that employees are trained on safety best practices but also that those practices are actively enforced and monitored onsite.</p><h3>Responsibilities / Authorities</h3><h3>Training&Development</h3><ul><li>Develop and conduct HSE training programs including induction toolbox talks emergency drills and refresher sessions.</li><li>Ensure training materials comply with current laws regulations and company safety procedures.</li><li>Maintain training records and generate reports for audits and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Assess training needs and effectiveness through evaluation tools and field feedback.</li><li>Support the development of elearning or blended learning HSE content.</li></ul><h3>Safety Compliance&Supervision</h3><ul><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and procedures.</li><li>Monitor and enforce the use of PPE and safe work practices.</li><li>Participate in and support accident and incident investigations ensuring root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Perform risk assessments.</li><li>Maintain uptodate records on incidents inspections and compliance status.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors engineers and contractors to address safety concerns manuals guidelines and standard operating procedures specific to construction activities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree or diploma in Occupational Health&Safety Environmental Science Engineering or related field.</li><li>NEBOSH OSHA IOSH or equivalent is required.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><h3>Experience Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 0305years of overall experience in handling construction or Oil&Gas Projects</li><li>Knowledge of relevant equipment policies procedures and strategies to promote effective local state or national security operations for the protection of people data property.</li><li>Ability to lead HSE process and guide them in the implementation stage for HSE Process.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Professional Requirements</h3><ul><li>Excellent English spoken and written skills.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Indepth knowledge of HSE laws regulations and best practices.</li><li>Proficient in safety audits inspections and report writing.</li><li>Ability to influence safe behavior and build a strong safety culture.</li><li>Familiarity with HSE software and training systems is a plus</li></ul><h3>Remote Work</h3><p>No</p><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Fulltime</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
