Job Description

<div><p>Lead and embed a robust Health&Safety framework across all Trap operations — ensuring full regulatory compliance, protecting our field teams, and building a strong safety culture across all branches nationwide.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>1. Regulatory Compliance</h3><ul><li>Ensure adherence to Saudi labor regulations, SASO standards, and environmental authority requirements</li><li>Manage pesticide licensing, storage protocols, and disposal procedures in line with local and international guidelines</li><li>Coordinate with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits</li></ul><h3>2. Field Safety</h3><ul><li>Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for field teams handling pesticides and operating in high-risk environments</li><li>Oversee proper use, maintenance, and inspection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections across field locations, vehicles, and warehouses</li></ul><h3>3. Training&Awareness</h3><ul><li>Design and deliver HSE training programs for new hires and existing staff</li><li>Produce ongoing safety awareness content — briefings, toolbox talks, and hands‑on drills</li><li>Champion a "Safety First" culture across all branches and levels</li></ul><h3>4. Incident Management</h3><ul><li>Build and manage an incident and near‑miss reporting system with root cause analysis</li><li>Lead investigations into workplace incidents and produce actionable corrective reports</li><li>Develop and maintain emergency response plans</li></ul><h3>5. Documentation&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of safety audits, training certifications, and compliance logs</li><li>Deliver periodic HSE performance reports to senior management with clear KPIs</li><li>Continuously review and update internal HSE policies and procedures</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, Applied Sciences, or equivalent</li><li>NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is<b>strongly preferred</b></li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of hands‑on HSE experience, ideally within pest control, chemical, construction, or industrial sectors</li><li>Prior experience with pesticides and hazardous materials is a significant advantage</li></ul><h3>Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Fluent in English — written and spoken</li><li>Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels, including field teams</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and digital safety management tools</li><li>Analytical mindset with solid reporting and documentation skills</li></ul><h3>Other Requirements</h3><ul><li>Valid driving license</li><li>Willingness to travel across branches and field sites nationwide</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
