They play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential hazards and risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and promoting a culture of safety and health on the construction site.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing health and safety policies and procedures for the construction siteConducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks to health and safetyIdentifying and reporting on health and safety performance indicators to managementInvestigating and reporting on accidents, incidents, and near-missesProviding training and education to workers on health and safety procedures and practicesEnsuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulationsLiaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure compliance and certificationConducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategiesDeveloping and maintaining emergency response plans and proceduresConducting safety audits and ensuring corrective actions are taken where necessary.RequirementsMinimum 2 to 4 Years o HSE experience within the construction fieldOSHA / Diploma in Industrial Safety + Should meet government normsWilling to work in different work locations whenever required#J-18808-Ljbffr
