As the HSE Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our organization's health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations while promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and management systemsConduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actionsLead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and develop preventive measuresCollaborate with management and department heads to ensure HSE compliance across all operationsDesign and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and competenceMonitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics, preparing reports for senior managementStay up-to-date with local and international HSE regulations, ensuring organizational complianceManage HSE-related projects and initiatives to continuously improve safety and environmental performanceServe as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external HSE auditorsPromote a positive safety culture through effective communication and leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a relevant industryIn-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, including Saudi Arabian standardsStrong understanding of HSE management systems and ISO standardsProven expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysisExcellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneouslyOutstanding communication and leadership abilities to influence all levels of the organizationProficiency in developing and implementing effective HSE training programsExperience with HSE data analysis and performance metric reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachAbility to make decisive actions while maintaining a cautious and safety-first mindsetExcellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve HSE objectives#J-18808-Ljbffr
