<div><h3>Job Scope</h3><p>The Specialist-HR is accountable for implementing effective people strategies through a close coordination with employees, line managers and key stakeholders. S/He acts as a point of reference on all HR functional and operational areas.</p><h3>Details</h3><p>Date: Apr 1, 2026</p><p>Location: Abu Dhabi, AE</p><p>Company: Mideast Data Systems LLC</p><p>Req ID: 2916</p><p>Job Title: HR Specialist</p><h3>Main Duties And Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide day-to-day guidance to all employees on HR functional areas including administration, onboarding and employee relations among others</li><li>Tackle HR related matters and tasks in compliance with labor law</li><li>Cover all the onboarding and offboarding cycle</li><li>Update periodic HR dashboards, analyze KPIs and metrics and recommend solutions in coordination with the HRM</li><li>Update and monitor HR policies and SOP’s, procedures and related forms as well as job descriptions and organizational charts for all departments</li><li>Assist in the implementation of the yearly performance appraisal ensuring fairness and transparency all across</li><li>Maintain and update the HR database, records and employee files while monitoring schedules, attendance and leaves for proper action</li><li>Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations</li><li>Conduct exit interviews identifying trends and remedial actions in coordination with the HRM</li><li>Ensure that probation meetings are conducted and forms are filled in due time</li><li>Engage and coordinate closely with the Center of Excellence in projects related to employee and organizational needs</li><li>Attend to employee relations, address performance concerns and other related issues and elevate to the direct manager when and as needed</li><li>Partner with other departments such as Finance, Legal and IT achieving shared organizational goals and objectives</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, local labor laws and HR best practices reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance</li><li>Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs, with a close follow up on mandatory trainings (Code of conduct, Cybersecurity, IT, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate in the planning of HR initiatives and events focused on enhancing employee engagement and company culture</li><li>Support in the implementation of myMidis modules across all departments.</li></ul><h3>Position Requirements</h3><p><b>Education</b>: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field</p><p><b>Experience</b>: At least 3+ years of relevant experience.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
