Job OverviewMarsh McLennan is seeking a Temporary HR Project & Operations Manager (1 Year) in the IMEA Region.What to ExpectJoin our HR team as a versatile HR Project & Operations Manager where you'll play a key role in executing strategic HR initiatives across the IMEA region. This role combines project management, process improvement and operational HR support, requiring a proactive professional who can drive projects forward while also contributing to day‑to‑day HR activities. You will collaborate closely with regional HR partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and operational excellence.What You'll GainThe chance to lead and support impactful HR projects within a global organizationOpportunities for professional development and potential contract extensionA collaborative environment working alongside regional HR teams and stakeholdersDubai-based role with flexible hybrid working arrangements (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, coordination and delivery of HR projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelinesAssist in developing project plans, tracking progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesWork with HR partners, stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutionsFacilitate project meetings, workshops and communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and clarityContribute to HR process improvements, organizational initiatives and change management effortsSupport HR operational activities including system updates, process documentation and colleague engagement effortsBalance project delivery with operational support to ensure continuous HR service excellenceProvide regular updates and comprehensive reports to senior management on project status and resultsWhat You Need to SucceedBachelor’s degree or higher in HR Business or a related discipline5 years of experience working in a multinational environment3 years of project management experience ideally within HR consulting or related rolesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while supporting HR operationsStrong background in process improvement, change management and project executionExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Visio; familiarity with project management tools is advantageousStakeholder influence and change‑driving capabilitiesStrong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skillsEffective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in HR transformation or organizational change projectsFamiliarity with HRIS systems such as WorkdayKnowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI or TableauUnderstanding of Agile Product Owner or Design Thinking methodologiesMarsh McLennan is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
