Job Description

Process payroll for 1000+ employees using Oracle HCM & EBS.Maintain comprehensive employee database using Oracle HCM.Performance, Talent Management:Facilitate the performance management cycle which includes expectation / objective setting.Communications, annual and quarterly reviews, normalization, and finalization of the business performance bell curve.Finalize performance incentives and progression based on performance.HR Analytics:Develop comprehensive HR Dashboards with MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI.Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced/predictive analytics (People Cost, HC ratios, Turnover & absenteeism trends etc.)QualificationsMBA in HR (Preferred) / Bachelors Degree in a relevant field5 to 8 years experience in HR OperationsExtensive experience with HR AnalyticsExperience using Power BI to create DashboardsExcellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skillsAbout UsOur journey started in 1973 with a single store in Bahrain.
