<div><p>MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.</p><p>We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:</p><ul><li>Smart energy meters</li><li>LV&MV instrument transformers</li><li>LV&MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)</li><li>Distribution&power transformers (up to 10 MVA)</li></ul><p>Our products are internationally type-tested and backed by strong engineering expertise and certified quality systems (ISO 9001&ISO 45001).</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple business units.</li><li>Oversee recruitment operations, onboarding, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor structured performance management systems, including KPIs, annual appraisals, and mid-year reviews.</li><li>Ensure consistent execution of employee evaluation cycles and calibration processes.</li><li>Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation structures in alignment with internal policies.</li><li>Supervise HR policies, procedures, and SOP implementation to ensure operational standardization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.</li><li>Oversee employee records management, HRIS systems, and data accuracy.</li><li>Monitor HR metrics and dashboards to drive operational decision-making.</li><li>Manage employee relations cases with structured documentation and resolution frameworks.</li><li>Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in an HR Operations leadership role.</li><li>Proven experience managing large HR teams within multi-entity or group structures.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of:</li><li>Performance management systems and KPI frameworks</li><li>HRIS platforms and digital HR systems</li><li>Payroll processes and compensation structures</li><li>Labor law compliance and regulatory governance</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and implement HR policies, SOPs, and operational workflows</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and data-driven decision making.</li><li>Experience handling organizational scale, restructuring, or transformation projects</li><li>High level of accuracy, process orientation, and operational discipline</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
