Job Description

A reputable Interior Fitout Company in Dubai is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is responsible for strategic HR planning employee engagement talent acquisition performance management compliance payroll and HR policy development. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the companys workforce and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & HR AdministrationManage onboarding for administrative staff and workers including uniforms safety gear and orientation.Maintain and update the HR database annual leave records and employee master files.Oversee daily attendance and overtime management.Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentLead end-to-end recruitment from job postings to hiring decisions.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Employee Engagement & WelfareManage employee engagement activities and support workforce well‑being.Handle camp management including bed allocation and accommodation needs.Visa PRO & ComplianceManage visa applications and coordinate with PRO services for employee mobilization.Ensure compliance with labor laws HR policies and company procedures.Performance Compensation & PayrollDevelop and implement performance evaluation processes.Administer compensation benefits and exit processes.Manage payroll accurately and efficiently.Health Safety & HR AuditsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.Prepare for internal and external HR audits.Strategic HR ManagementPartner with management to develop organizational design initiatives.Enhance organizational efficiency through structured HR initiatives.RequirementsMinimum 57 years of HR management experience ideally within construction interior fit‑out or related industries.Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.Experience in payroll recruitment performance management and employee engagement.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with diverse teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
