Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Grievance ManagementAct as the first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns.Ensure timely, confidential, and fair resolution in line with UAE Labour Law.Maintain grievance logs, documentation, and investigation reports.Escalate complex or sensitive matters and support disciplinary investigations.2. Time & Attendance / Timesheet ManagementManage end-to-end timesheet and attendance processes.Ensure timely submission, validation, and approvals via HRMS systems.Coordinate with Payroll and Finance for accurate time data.Investigate discrepancies and resolve employee queries efficiently.3. Policies & ProceduresSupport implementation and enforcement of HR policies and SOPs.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal guidelines.Assist in policy drafting, updates, and communication across departments.Conduct employee awareness sessions on HR policies and code of conduct.4. Visa & Immigration (UAE Focus)Manage employee lifecycle documentation: visa processing, renewals, cancellations.Hands‑on experience with visa process and UAE government portals such as:MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation)GDRFA / ICA (Immigration systems)JAFZA portal (if handling free zone employees)DMCC / DAFZA portalsCoordinate with PROs, government authorities, and typing centers.Ensure compliance with UAE immigration laws and maintain trackers for expiry/renewals.Manage Nafis program registrations, tracking, and reporting.Coordinate with government entities for audits and reporting requirements.5. Medical Insurance AdministrationManage employee medical insurance (enrollment, renewals, deletions).Coordinate with insurance providers for claims, approvals, and escalations.Support employees with insurance queries and benefits clarification.Maintain accurate insurance records and reports.6. Payroll SupportPrepare and validate payroll inputs: attendance, leave, overtime, deductions.Coordinate with Finance for timely and accurate payroll processing.Ensure compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System) requirements.Address employee payroll‑related queries and resolve discrepancies.Process offboarding including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
