Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Administrator to manage our daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Saudi labor regulations, possessing hands‑on experience with the QIWA platform and end-to-end payroll processing. You will ensure that our workforce management is compliant, efficient, and supportive of our organizational goals.Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & CompensationManage GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) subscriptions, additions, and removals.Handle monthly deductions, overtime calculations, and expense reimbursements.2. QIWA & Government RelationsManage the QIWA platform for contract authentication, employee transfers, and professional title changes.Monitor and maintain the company’s Nitaqat status and Saudization levels.Stay updated on the latest regulations from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).3. Employee Lifecycle ManagementFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and system entry.Maintain digital and physical employee files, ensuring all records (Iqamas, Passports, Insurance) are up to date.Manage leave requests, attendance tracking, and disciplinary records.SkillsRequired QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 1–3 years in an HR Administrative role within Saudi Arabia.Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in the QIWA platform, Muqeem, and GOSI.Labor Law Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi Labor Law and compliance requirements.Skills:Strong command of Microsoft Excel (for payroll modeling and reporting).Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).High level of discretion and confidentiality.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
