Job Description We are seeking a professional and friendly Housekeeping Order Taker to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a crucial member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for efficiently managing housekeeping requests and ensuring guest satisfaction. Answer and process housekeeping requests from guests via phone, in-person, or through the hotel management system Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping orders and their status Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to housekeeping services Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the appropriate personnel Assist in training new team members on order-taking procedures and guest interaction protocols Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the housekeeping department Qualifications Saudi nationality is required for this position Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles Proficiency in using hotel management systems and basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards in the hospitality industry High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally Job Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
