Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah United Arab this role you will support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards and leading a team of housekeeping staff in our luxury hospitality setting.Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations including staff scheduling inventory management and quality controlSupport the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and proceduresConduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness standardsTrain and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques safety protocols and customer service standardsCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfactionManage guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping servicesAssist in budgeting and cost control measures for the housekeeping departmentEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as UAE labor lawsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance housekeeping efficiency and guest experienceQualificationsPrevious Housekeeping management experience in a similar role is essential preferably in a luxury hospitality settingBachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferredStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse teamGuest focused with a passion for service and standards excellenceProficiency in housekeeping management softwareIndepth knowledge of cleaning techniques safety protocols and hospitality industry standardsRelevant housekeeping or hospitality certifications are a plusMust be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantageRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
