The ideal candidate should have a strong background in housekeeping management and be able to effectively lead a team of housekeeping staff. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a diverse group of employees.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management for housekeeping staffEnsure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met throughout the propertyCreate and implement efficient cleaning procedures to maximize productivity and minimize costsDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipmentMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededConduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvementRespond promptly to guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping servicesTrain new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocolsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping management roleExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards successStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyKnowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in commercial settingsAbility to communicate effectively with both employees and guests from diverse backgroundsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsPrior experience working in the hospitality industry is preferredSalary: The salary for this position is $1700 per month.Note: This job is open for Pakistani nationals only.
