OverviewHousekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said, Qatar. We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained, and uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staffEnsure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standardsMonitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests as neededConduct regular inspections to ensure that all rooms meet cleanliness standardsHandle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and smooth operation of the propertyDevelop and implement training programs for new housekeeping staff membersMaintain records of expenses, budgets, and payroll for the departmentQualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role as a Housekeeping Manager or SupervisorStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a teamExcellent communication skills in EnglishAttention to detail with a hands-on approachKnowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipmentAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelySalaryThe salary for this position is $900 per month.Location & RelocationLocation: Umm-Said, Qatar.
