Housekeeping Manager vacancy – Dubai, UAEWe are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for a client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring housekeeping cleansing staff, multiple cuisine cooks, security personnel, drivers, and other team members required by VVIPs/HNIs living in the UAE. The candidate should be able to assess candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, conduct screening tests, and manage candidate experience. The role includes developing job posts and job descriptions, defining job requirements, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the selection and offer process. Ensure that testing, hiring, and selection are conducted in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulations.ResponsibilitiesHire housekeeping staff, cooks, security personnel, drivers, and other team members for VVIPs/HNIs living in the UAE.Screen candidates by evaluating resumes and applications; conduct screening tests.Take ownership of candidate experience from posting to onboarding.Develop job posts, job descriptions, and setting requirements.Coordinate interviews, selection, and offer closure.Ensure all testing, hiring, and selection comply with employment laws and regulations.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting for VVIPs/HNIs living in the UAE.Candidates currently employed by hiring firms and performing similar responsibilities are welcome to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
