Hotel Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan QatarOur hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hotel Manager. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require English proficiency. We also welcome candidates without prior experience in hotel management.As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. Your main duties will include managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing financial aspects of the hotel.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of hotel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performanceEnsure that all guests are provided with excellent customer service at all timesOversee housekeeping and maintenance operations to maintain a clean and well-maintained facilityMonitor financial performance of the hotel, including budgets, revenue, and expensesDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy ratesCollaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to promote the hotel and attract new businessHandle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfactionRequirements:Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar with visa sponsorship provided by our companyPreference for Indian nationalityNo prior experience requiredComfortable living in provided accommodationSkills:Strong leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and handle stressful situationsKnowledge of budgeting and financial managementFamiliarity with hospitality industry trendsIf you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
