We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of housekeepers and ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and tidy at all times.Create schedules for the housekeeping staff and supervise daily cleaning tasks.Train new employees and maintain high standards of cleanliness.Order necessary supplies and manage inventory.Address guest requests promptly and provide exceptional service.Work closely with other departments such as front desk and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.Handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong time-management skills.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and problem-solve issues as they arise.Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar housekeeping management role.Strong leadership and excellent communication abilities.Keen eye for detail.Fluency in English is required.Preference will be given to Indian nationals with relevant hospitality experience; however, candidates of any nationality who meet the requirements are welcome to apply.Benefits & Additional InformationThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package along with opportunities for growth within the company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
