About the Role:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Holiday Homes Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties across Dubai.This is a hands-on role that requires someone proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.You will be responsible for ensuring units are well-maintained, guest-ready, and operating smoothly at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of holiday home unitsCoordinate cleaning, maintenance, and inspectionsConduct property inspections and report issuesCommunicate with tenants/guests when requiredHandle minor issues and coordinate with techniciansMonitor inventory (linens, supplies, toiletries)Work closely with the back-office/admin teamAssist with check-ins/check-outs when neededEnsure high standards of cleanliness and presentationWhat We OfferStable monthly salaryHands-on experience in Dubai real estate and short-term rentalsPerformance-based growth opportunitiesSkillsRequirementsProfessional fluency in EnglishPrevious experience in holiday homes, or hospitality preferred but candidates from all backgrounds will be consideredStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple propertiesGood communication skills (English required)Must be physically active and willing to travel across Dubai via metro and busBasic problem-solving and coordination abilityWork 6 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm#J-18808-Ljbffr
