Highway Engineer

Randstad Middle East is working with a leading infrastructure development and finance company in conjunction with a number of key positions within their successful, expanding Transport Division. The organisation is involved with the development of large scale infrastructure BOOT schemes (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer) across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.An experienced Highway Engineer is required to join the Transport Division. Reporting to the Senior Divisional Manager, the Highway Engineer will provide technical input into tenders and supply technical support to live projects (Highway and Bridges). This will include regular client presentations and representing the company on client visits.Responsibilities:Provide technical input into tenders.Support live projects related to Highway and Bridges.Conduct regular client presentations.Represent the company on client visits.Qualifications:Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering (Preferably MSc in Transport Related Subject).5 - 10 years experience in Highway and Bridge Design / Construction projects (Pre and Post contract).Strong analytical and technical skills.Preferred candidates already working for a leading firm of Engineering Consultants or Project Managers.Prepared to travel across the international region (Middle East, Africa, and Asia).Indian nationals are preferred due to visa restrictions.Our client offers an opportunity for young professionals to hone their skills and shape their career.
